"The best resort I ever stayed at. The room is beyond beautiful and the air works! Thailand and April are HOT. I enjoyed the cool room. The colors on the resort made for perfect photos/videos for the influencers. Can also use the boats to go for a refreshing boat ride. Highly recommend!!!"

"When we arrived at the hotel, they were nowhere to be found. There were dogs barking but no people. Icalled the number on Travelocity and was told it was not a working number. We had to flag down a neighbor to help us. A young man finally appeared and gave us keys. The place was beautiful but unkempt. The kitchen had two weeks of dishes piled up in the sink. The WFIFI wouldn't connect. I tried to call the numbers listed in the room and they did not work. I'm the morning when I was going to take...

"The hotel seems newly built, however there was no windows in the room, the bed was rather hard, and the bedding, well it's basically a thin towel instead of a duvet, so sleeping in the bed was not great. Overall I would not stay again. "
