The temperature was great for swimming in early June, and the paddle board and kayak were an added bonus. If you go, definitely include breakfast - it’s amazing and delivered right to your room!!"

"The Villas at LOFOS SOILIS are very nice. The apartments themselves are very clean and in a great location set in the middle of an Olive Grove. The villas all have their own private covered veranda. The terrace which is fringed by a number of tables where breakfast is served, and also evening meals, has a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding hills and sea across to Kefalonia. "Die Lage der Villen ist super. Das Meer und der Strand sind direkt in der Nähe. Das Haus ist in Ordnung, allerdings ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schränke sind aufgequollen und die Farbe der Pooltreppe bröselt. Die beiden guten Seelen des Hausservice waren sehr bemüht."

"The hillside setting of this great villa makes for fabulous sea views overlooking nearby beaches/resorts. A very spacious outdoor areas with pool table, table tennis, cooking/BBQ kit and pool. Ideally it would have been on the same level as the living area which is up the stairs. Couple of things that would make the villa spot on would be air con or (at least fans) in the living space and a better water temp in the pool. You definitely need a car when staying her. "This is the most amazing place we have ever stayed! Quietly tucked away in a peaceful area but within easy reach of everything (with a car) which was perfect for us. The host gave us an extensive list of things to do/see, places to eat and the local area. This was so helpful and thoughtful, all of the recommendations were perfect, especially To Pirounaki restaurant which we went twice as was so good. We thoroughly enjoyed a mix of days out, days by the pool and bbqs outside. We loved the villa...

"there was no real engagement with the property manager, which is why I have given this section a low rating. Communication with the owner and his wife however were excellent. The villa is very comfortable in a quiet location that really suited us. The owner and his wife, who were living next door, were lovely and nothing was any trouble for them. The approach to the villa up a steep bendy track could be a little daunting at night."

All restaurants are at walking distance. The personnel of the agency is so friendly and so keen to ensure you enjoy every second of your stay, you are welcomed with food and drinks."
