"The hotel was good , clean and the staff was great. The location not so great . Poor side of town it seemed"

"1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely"

Treningsrom fungerte bra. Bassenget...

"The room was clean, good breakfast. It's close to the airport. Staff were friendly."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Traumhafter Aufenthalt!

"Check-in was not smooth"

"Overall The resort has a lovely private beach, comfortable rooms, and good dining options. However, poor communication, coordination, and service fell short of five-star expectations. Better planning and more proactive guest service would greatly improve the experience the reson why a 4* review is given. The Cons Lack of concierge service: No staff assisted with my luggage upon arrival, despite the hotel being quiet. This falls short of five-star expectations and a VIP Expedia property,...

"Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

"I accidentally booked this Hotel, it was not in the correct location l was seeking. My mistake entirely. It was a lovely little Hotel but it had nothing around it within walking distance and Karaoke at night time so loud you couldn’t sleep with balcony doors open. With balcony doors closed it was quiet and aircon worked really well. Room was Large, very clean and comfortable beds. The location was too far away and too costly to travel every day back and forth to Nha Trang Central, $17 AUS one...
