"Great to get a free game drive per night. The drivers were amazing and informative and we were able to see everything between the 3 drives we did. Either at 5.30qm or 4pm Definitely more to see in the morning than evening. Housekeepers were wonderful with a turn down service and the spa was lovely too. Deborah took care of me and it was a wonderful massage and foot care highly recommend!!! Food was really good, we got half board am/pm which was plenty of food without needing lunch…although the restaurant staff were a little hit and miss with attentive service- however always pleasant and willing to help."

"Lovely lodge but the rooms are a bit tired and the housekeeping team could do with improving the amenities in the rooms as well as the turn down service which is currently messy and inconsistent. The main lodge staff, including servers, front desk, and chefs were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food was always fresh and delicious. Changing high tea to a lunch would be a good move in my opinion. Highlight of the trip was the Guide Cameron who went out of his way to give everyone on his vehicle an excellent and memorable safari experience. His sense of humour, knowledge, care for his guests was above and beyond expectation. He also had an obvious passion for the location and lodge. Overall a great experience - including the Elephants drinking out the pool!"

The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, the buffet setup and layout was fantastic The meal was breathtakingly delicious. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s evident that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. What truly set this experience apart was the remarkable staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, every individual demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
