The host interaction was great! Prompt and informative. However there were some things that could have improved for our stay. 1. Living room only had seating for 4, instead of accommodating for 5 or 6 based on the amount of people the condo held. We had 4 adults and a child so someone was always without a seat.2. Kitchen was very small, 2 people could not be in there at same time. We noticed there weren’t any larger serving bowls. 3. Elevators became inoperable on Thursday. We were told when they went down that we would be notified when they were fixed. We didn’t receive notification they were fixed. 4. More towels and wash cloths would have been great. Luckily I did laundry twice that week, otherwise we would have had to use the same towels/wash cloths for 6 days. 5. Master room tv didn’t work. Maintenance guy came to check it out on Monday. He couldn’t fix it. He had to make an appt for Xfinity to come Wednesday. On Tuesday night, I received a text that it was supposedly fixed. It was not. Someone from Xfinity team was able to fix it on Wednesday. Just inconvenient to not have tv in master bedroom for majority of the stay.
