Ski-in/Ski-out Condo w/ Private Balcony for Stunning Tree & Mountain Views!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful bathrooms. There is also private laundry. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful stone gas fireplace and cozy furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and features tall pines and mountains in the distance. Enjoy the sounds of Snake River in the spring, summer and fall.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and the dining area comfortably seats four. There’s a private washer and dryer and detergent has been provided for your convenience. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with tile surround and glass enclosure.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Just what we were looking for

The location is great, a short walk to the village yet tucked away being quiet and scenic. The condo is roomy, well appointed and has everything one might need. The management company supplied a generous amount of towels and soaps & shampoos plus even bathrobes that were nice to slip on to enjoy that first cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the nearby stream. Staying here gave us a great getaway.

Could have been Better

Great location, but getting tired and in need of a refresh. Main TV over fireplace did not work, kitchen sink faucet was broken and in need of replacement and carpet was dirty and worn out and in need of replacement.

Short ski vacay

Perfect for a quick trip to the mountains. Close to the Denver Int. airport. I’ve been at other ski in/out listing that were dependent on snow conditions. This was a true ski in/out. Great accommodations. Kitchen well supplied with cookware. Plenty of extras, steam room, heated underground parking, pool, close to restaurants and ski village. I would stay here again.

Adequate

Great location, adequate accommodations. Plenty of towels, blankets, and cooking utensils. Bed was comfortable. Could have more TLC by owner, as kitchen faucet was barely hanging on... I crawled under the sink to hand tighten fixture so it was usable. Bathroom right sink clogged and starts filling after 20 seconds of use. Oven was clean, except for the residual oven cleaner that I had to wipe out before using. Could not get food to heat up in the ceramic bowls when microwaving... only the bowl gets hot, not the food. Skiing was great with the super location.

Great trip!

I had a wonderful trip with my wife and sister in law. First time ever skiing and it was so beautiful! Easy access to the keystone village where there was lots of food options/drinks. The view from our room was gorgeous. Beds were comfy!! They provided box fans which we were super happy about. Overall we would definitely visit again and stay at Lone Eagle!

True Ski-in/Ski-out Luxury

Perfect placement on the mountain. 5 paces from trail to locker room with boot dryers. The hot tub had the best setting of any other. (Under a fir tree that is lit at night). The sauna steams up quicker than any ever seen. The overall feel of this condo is luxury with carpeted halls and dark decor. The room can house (4), but (2) would be more comfortable living. No grill on deck. Underground parking was a bit tight. Steps across bridge to river run. This place will make you spoiled. Elevator needs to be faster.

Relaxing Fall Weekend

Enjoyed our stay here in mid-September. Very nice to sit on patio and enjoy the mountain views. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Just a short walk over the bridge to the village - pleasantly surprised that quite a few restaurants were still open ( I was told most close first of Oct thru mid Nov). Only complaint - 10 a.m. checkout felt rushed and seemed unnecessary in the off season. Opened our door at 9:50 am to take some stuff to our car and cleaning crew were in the hall waiting so made us feel even more rushed; wasn't the best way to end a relaxing weekend. Also, we are charged significant fees which are to cover cleaning, so asking guests to take out their own trash seems excessive. A two day supply of coffee would have been nice as well. Aside from this it was a great stay.

Stayed in Keystone to ski Arapahoe Basin

My 18 year old son and I were out here for some late spring skiing. The property was very nice and convenient to A-basin, where we skied. Keystone’s ski season had ended a few weeks prior to our arrival, but this property is ideal for skiing keystone, as it is true ski in/out, and a short walk to the gondola and the village. The only knock I have for this rental is the fact that you have to go to the property managers office to pick up the keys. The property managers office was only .6 miles away, but still another place you have to find, and stop at, before going to the condo. $15/hr early arrival charge seemed a little petty, too. Overall the property was terrific, and the manager was very professional and curious.

Nice cozy place

Worked well for family of 3. Would have been tight for 4. Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Overall nice place with dated furniture and old rugs. 1 tiny hair dryer attached to wall in small bathroom only.

Cozy Ski-in/Ski-out Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this condo. It provided a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. The pull-out couch exceeded expectations, offering unparalleled comfort without any bothersome springs or bars – it felt just like a regular bed. The convenience of in-unit laundry was a significant plus, allowing us to wash essentials like socks and base layers without leaving the unit. The thoughtful amenities, including two humidifiers and a mini Christmas tree, added a delightful touch. The ski lockers were incredibly convenient for easy access throughout the day. Our family particularly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, though the pool temperature was a bit on the cool side for me, though perfect for the kids. The proximity to a charming village with a small grocery store (ideal for essentials, though not for a large grocery order), various bars and restaurants (the pizza was a favorite), and a small ice skating rink added to the overall appeal. Despite less-than-ideal ski conditions in Keystone, the advantage of being within an hour's drive of other resorts such as Vail, Copper, Breckenridge, and A-Basin made our stay enjoyable. The heated parking garage, though the spots were tight, proved to be a substantial bonus. Our interaction with the host was minimal, but check-in was easy, and we encountered no issues. Without hesitation, we would book this condo again for future stays!

Quick ski trip

We have stayed at Lone Eagle before and this time all are expectations were met. The building is perfectly located, clean, and quiet. The only problem was that the hot tub didn’t work.

Fall Trip

Nice weekend getaway! Clean place, everything you need! Visited during off season (beginning of October)so most store’s & restaurants closed. We expected this, but just for people planning to book.
