In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Your stay includes access via electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided at check-in. A refundable security deposit to cover replacement fees will be collected through our secure verification partner before arrival.
