Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful place to stay

These condos are beautiful and quiet. This particular condo room was spacious and had two queen beds in order to accommodate multiple people. The bathroom has heated floors!!! It made morning showers a wonderful experience. The bathroom is also very spacious!

Vacasa nightmare

I booked this vacasa home in the middle of a one week road-trip in Colorado. When I arrived the apartment was dirty and already occupied. I ended up on the phone with Vacasa for almost two hours. They kept trying different people to help to no avail. I asked if I could have one of the few empty vacasa homes in the area and was told that wasn’t an option. After waiting for hours I was told that they would start working on a refund which I still haven’t received. I was on the phone with VRBO for three hours and they couldn’t help me either. Apparently their book with confidence guarantee is just a false claim. Ended up driving to another town and staying in a questionable motel because vacasa and VRBO left me stranded. Never again.

Almost Perfect!

Location is perfect! Short walk to Keystone lifts! Condo was great except that there was evidence of pet hairs which set off allergic reactions. TV box had to be changed out. Sofa bed had zero blankets. WifiPW didn’t work. However everything was functional and besides the pet hair cabin was clean and quite perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens! Condo very well insulated so we were comfy with heater at 64degreea. Full kitchen is stocked well! Shower head is an extremely strong spray we couldn’t wash our faces! The hot water needs adjustment to last for at least 4 HOT showers!! It seems to be just warm. Cute place and spacious. Just needs a few tweaks and it can be 5 star!
