Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) loved the location of this place. Just a couple minute walk from the gondola meant we could easily take a break over lunch and attack the afternoon refreshed and ready to go. Our car stayed in the heated parking under the building during our whole stay because everything we needed was right there in River Run Village.

Great location for ski lift and for apres ski activities - we didn't use the sofa bed so can't rate how comfy it was but the apartment was clean. Hot tub assigned to the building is permanently closed but you can use the one next door which is only a few more steps away and has a heated pool.Would stay again.

We loved our stay at the Arapahoe Lodge. The condo has everything you could need plus plenty of places to sleep. It was clean and welcoming. You can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Keystone!

Great 1br apartment that worked well for our family of 3. Well equipped kitchen, small but nice bathroom, and the 3 bed setup was great. Easy access to garage in basement. Convenience store downstairs. Laundry room down the hall. We look forward to coming again.

Location can’t be beat, and having covered, heated parking downtown is such a perk. We skied keystone and A Basin and it was super easy to get to each. The little mart in the ground level of the building has everything you need for quick meals and snacks. You can’t do better than this.

This unit was the best we have stayed in over the past 4 years of going to Keystone skiing. End unit so feels big, clean and well stocked. Short walk to the gondola and right in the center of Keystone Village. We will try to book this again next year.

The location of this condo can not be beat if being able to walk to and from the gondola/ski school etc is important to you. The living area size is also much bigger than other 1 bedrooms which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as advertised. Easy to get in/out for skiing, quick walk to the lifts. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking and eating. Would stay at this location again without thinking twice about it.

As advertised. Maybe regular drink glasses or cups. Location was nice with shops and dining close by. Maybe better instructions for the location of key cabinet inside of the entrance on the south side of lodge. We would use this condo again.

The property itself is great. A nice, clean end unit with modern updates. Oliver was a very helpful host, especially since we were initially locked out of the unit, but he helped to resolve that quickly. We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay as we enjoyed skiing/snowboarding. Great location that is an easy walk to the gondola or Summit Express Chair Lift. The bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 and the sofa pulls out. We didn’t use the pull out sofa but did see it there. The kitchen is well stocked! We cooked every breakfast and most lunches and half of our dinners in the kitchen. Everything worked great. There are two TV’s (one in living room and one in bedroom) which is nice when with kids. All in all, would absolutely stay again.

Everything was great about the property! There were some check-in problems where expired keycards were left in the indicated lockbox. Turns out, there was a second lockbox with the updated keys, which was discovered after a phone call with the host. Once that was sorted out, we really enjoyed our time in Keystone.

The only negative is that the Lodge’s hot tub is broken for the entire winter season. This would have been a deal breaker for us when booking as we thought we were booking a property with a hot tub. Actual unit was nice as described.

Everything was as listed. We had a girls weekend while visiting my oldest who attends CU-Boulder. We loved having the bunk beds in the same room so it was like a sleepover! The condo was great, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. My only suggestion would be to add another mirror (only one in the bathroom) and when you have several girls getting ready, that was inconvenient.

Had several prior trips to Keystone, I stayed in several different condos in the last few years at river run, and this condo was one of the best. Had a three night stay, the condo was great, just as described in the photos, comfortable beds, very close proximity to the gondola. The couches are comfortable, the cooking utensils worked very well for homemade meals. Oliver was very responsive, when messaged in the evening regarding obtaining an extra set of key cards for the building, as well as addressing a poorly functional drain in the shower, everything was taken care of by the next morning, would certainly stay here again.

Clean property in a great location! We appreciated Arapahoe Lodge being central to River Run Village and could step right out the door and into the small, bustling town with many shops, restaurants and about a 1/2 block walk to the River Run Gondola and Summit Express Lift. The condo itself was clean, spacious with fully equipped kitchen (including paper towels and dish/dishwasher soap), and bathroom with clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and small toiletries. A couple things worth noting: There isn’t a dresser in the bedroom as pictured, but there is a luggage rack, and we also utilized the ironing board in the closet as another luggage rack. There is an underground, heated parking garage you can access with the key card-the height limit is 7’8”, which is good to know. With our Toyota Highlander and Yakima box we had about 4” to spare. Otherwise there are outdoor lots, but cost $25 each overnight. Also worth noting is there is a ski locker with the unit. It’s on the main floor, accessed with key card and then a physical key which is hanging in the unit on a lanyard. The unit itself is accessed via push code/lock. There are also free laundry facilities on each floor, which we really appreciated. Bring your own detergent. Lastly, although the Arapahoe hot tub is closed down, the Dakota pool and hot tubs (2) were only about 50’ away (also accessed with key card) so no worries! Overall very accommodating for our family of 4, a great trip and would definitely recommend!
