* Our property, GreatRentalKeystone is located in The Gateway Mountain Lodge, a 250-yard walk to the entrance of River Run Village at Keystone Resort in Summit County, Colorado. This terrific location and deluxe condo (built Dec. 1999) offers easy access to year round activities including: skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, rafting, climbing, sailing, tennis, shopping, fine dining, and others. The Gateway has excellent facilities including an indoor heated pool with mountain views, a large hot tub, and a conference room.

* This Keystone condo is an ideal rental for groups up to 13 people. It is a spacious 2200 square foot two level condo where each of the 4 bedrooms (4br) has its own private full bathroom, cable TV, and VCR. Beds by room include: 1K, 1Q, 2Tw+ Tw/double-futon bunk, 2Tw (converts to 1K), 1double airmattress, and 1Qsofa. In addition, the floor plan includes a large kitchen, roomy dining area and great-room with fireplace, entertainment center (cable TV, DVD, VCR), and two story windows for views and plenty of light plus two small decks. Our homey condo is conveniently located a short 3 minute walk to the River Run Village or Mountain House base area and also offers free Keystone Resort shuttle service providing full access to all resort locations including: the Conference Center, Keystone Lodge, Keystone Village, Mountain Village and its base area, and River Run Village (if you choose not to walk).

* We provide extra services to our guests for their convenience including: free wifi (high speed internet service) access directly in the unit and throughout the building. Also provided are 25% rental equipment discounts for our guests (right at our building) that include free junior / children rentals. Access to discounted ski lift tickets is also provided.

* Below are plenty of photos of the unit, e-guest book, and reservation availability and contact information. Please note, there are no pets or smoking allowed in the condo or building. We look forward to hearing from you to help plan your stay at Keystone...

Responsive Owner

There was a plumbing issue on arrival and some of a bathroom ceiling had fallen in. The owner was immediately responsive and had a cleaning crew there late that night to clean everything up and get it in working order. He provided our large group dinner that night and refunded an appropriate portion of our rental for the inconvenience.

Ski Trip

We had a great time during our stay at the condo. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. We were friends and family staying together so the unit suited us very well as for space and number of bedrooms and baths. The underground parking was a plus as well. Communication with the host was very responsive, usually within a couple of hours. The fireplace and master TV were not working and we reached out to our host. The response was quick however we still couldn’t get either to work and didn’t care enough to spend the time to pursue it further. One thing to consider, if you are sensitive to road noise, this unit faces the Rt. 6 highway and there is quite a bit of road noise especially trucks through the night. The ski shop attendants downstairs encouraged us to walk to the mountain vs the shuttle, which we were very happy we did. The walk in reality is 10-15 minutes depending on if you are carrying equipment. I highly suggest checking out the ski valet at the base of the gondola. For a $7 fee per night you can check them. Really made the walk much more pleasant. All in all we had a very nice vacation

Nice Condo close to River Run Village and the rest of Summit County. Condo is right on Highway 6 so some evening/ night road noise. Pool and hot tub were great and convenience store was helpful.

Perfect spot for a large group

Eight of us spent four nights in this spacious condo close to the gondola in Keystone. Plenty of beds and room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd.

A great stay

The location couldn't be better. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola which allowed our group a lot of flexibility with different amounts of stamina and enthusiasm for snowboarding. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked. The unit is so spacious with each bedroom having its own full bath...a luxury that made it easy for two families to be together. We were excited to use the amenities like the pool and hot tub but were a little overwhelmed by the amount of chlorine in both and weren't able to stay as long as we would have liked. All in all, a wonderful base for us as we boarded Keystone!

Great ski week.

We had a really nice stay in this 4 bedroom condo near River Run Village. Condo was well appointed and communication with owner was easy. Short 5 min walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. It's another couple minutes to the Gondola, but not bad. Not ski in/ski out, but not advertised that way. Check your skis overnight next to the Gondola and the walk is easy. Never needed our car during the week. Would definitely stay here again.

Large professionally managed rental

The property is close to the gondola and Peru lifts. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook and serve a large family. All bathroom necessities are provided. Common area pool and hot tub are very useful to relax after a day of skiing. Note that the building provides only one grill for all residents.

Great Location

There was tons of space and we were so close to the river run gondola! If you reading this review, you are probably wondering how close it is to the lifts, very close. You can easily drive if you don't want to lug your ski's, but it is truly less than a 10 minute walk and there are easy sidewalks the whole way. It was an incredible stay and Guy was so easy to communicate with. The condo it's self was so spacious and perfect for a group!

enjoyable getaway at the gateway

Property was as described. Worked well for our group of 4 adults and 5 children. The kids enjoyed the room with the bunk beds. Not the best tech. I would recommend brining your own ROKU or other smart TV stick. All of the TVs have HDMI. DVD players are old and hooked up with analog AV connections with RH audio only. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware. Parking is great. easy in and out. We drove, walked and used the bus during our stay. Walking with little kids (5/6 years old) is possible but worth trying to minimize. bus only goes to River Run so you have to transfer buses at river run to get to mountain house. We had kids at both mt house and river run for ski school. River run was easier access.

Perfect vacation home

The condo is perfect for a family vacation. We had 5 adults and 5 teenagers in our group and the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly. All rooms are decorated with just the right furniture and the kitchen was well stocked. Property Manager, Guy, was very responsive and available whenever we had a question. The only negative experience we had with the condo was that it faces busy Highway 6 which can generate a lot of noise (from 18 wheelers driving down the steep grade and using engine brakes) if windows are open so we had to keep the windows closed all the time. Thank you Guy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Best Christmas Ever!!

The property was perfect for my family. Plenty of room and beautifully decorated! Table was perfect for dining and also for games. We loved the property and all claim it as our best vacation yet.

A perfect place for family.

Perfect for families

This property is ideal for large groups. The 4 bedrooms with attached baths provide privacy and convenience. The condo is immaculate and extremely well-stocked with towels, pillows, and kitchen items. Guy was prompt, thorough, and available to help with inquiries. We highly recommend this unit.

Awesome host!

Guy was an awesome host with loads of useful information for us. We loved this clean and large condo that was perfect for our group and in a great location.

Escaping Mardi Gras

Great place to stay!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Guy's place! The condo was very clean, roomy and had all that we needed. Having all the extra bathrooms was so nice. The garage is wonderful; the hot tub and pool are in the same building! You can easily walk to everything! We will definitely keep this in mind next year! Thanks so much!

Fun family vacation!
