4-bedroom condo at River Run - Rates reduced for fall festival season!

We've reduced our rates for the Fall! Come enjoy our late summer and fall festivals, like the Mountain Town Food Festival, August 16th!

Relax at this beautiful four-bedroom, top-floor condo with heated outdoor pool and hot tubs.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 8 with two king, and two queen bedrooms. Completely remodeled in 2021, it features a modern gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and mountain views. Located in River Run Village, you’re a short walk from shopping, dinning, and base area festivities. The Springs at River Run offers excellent amenities including a hot-springs themed pool and hot tub complex on the ground floor.

At the entryway you will find hooks and a bench for jackets and shoes. Your private ski locker in the parking garage offers convenient storage for all your ski and snowboard gear while coming and going throughout the day. The main living and dinning area is open plan with a gorgeous quartz slab island with seating for 4 and a separate dining table for 8. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with essential cookware and tableware. The living room features modern furnishings, a flat screen tv, and gas fireplace. There are two balconies, one off of the living area and the other off of the master bedroom.

The four bedrooms consist of two kings and two queens. All bedrooms have flat screen, web enabled tvs. Both king bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms. One of queen bedroom also has a full en-suite bathroom and the second queen bedroom has direct access to the hall 3/4 bath with shower.

The unit has a stackable washer and dryer adjacent to the bathroom and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. This unit features premium bedding and towels.

Parking for this unit is in the underground garage. Parking for only one (1) vehicle is allowed for this unit. Additional overnight parking is located adjacent to the Keystone Conference Center.

Please note that due to construction, the Hunki Dori parking lot is permanently closed. There is an active construction site in the area of the former Hunki Dori parking lot. You can no longer cut through the parking lot to access the gondola. You must walk around on the recreation path. Please contact us for updates or questions.

In order to reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. The Springs at River Run has a strict no pet policy. Summit County STR License #STR21-01661

We were very happy with this Condo! Even with the construction right in front, the location was great and it was a quick walk to the gondola. It made the experience with 2 kids under 6 more enjoyable. The use of space was great and my daughters especially loved the little kid table in the kitchen! Plenty of space to eat and relax after getting in off the slopes. Check in and check out was easy as was pretty much everything about our experience here! The garage is heated and the ski locker was easy to access on our way to the slopes. Added bonuses were the humidifiers, the fire place, and the basket full of all the goodies when we arrived! We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Keystone!

Host was fantastic. Communication was wonderful. Clean and spacious. One elevator was down, leaving only one for the building. Elevator access as a nightmare- we waited more than 30 minutes at arrival. Otherwise, amazing property! Would choose this property again, assuming elevator is back to functional.

Great location in River Run area!

This is a wonderful condo complex and a great unit! Well-stocked with all the things you'll need to have a great trip to Keystone. Currently, they're building a condo complex directly in between this one and the slopes which will block those million dollar views, but the location and convenience are the main selling point for this wonderful ski home. You will be very happy booking this property!

Keystone Favorite

We have stayed many places in Keystone for our annual Spring Break ski trip and this condo has definitely topped the list! The condo exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book here for years to come. The condo was spacious, clean and close to the slopes. We never had an issue finding a parking space when we would come back from dinners and the ski locker was an added bonus of not having to lug ski equipment upstairs. We also enjoyed the amenities of the pool, hot tub and steam room. We stayed at Red Hawk last year so we were aware of the new condos being built in the old parking lot between The Springs and the mountain so this wasn’t an issue for us. The owner was more than helpful in checking in and we adored the little gift basket we received upon arriving in the unit. We look forward to making many memories here in the years to come!

Beware! Construction!

This used to be a great building to stay in!Advert should warn about existing construction and lack of easy access. This building had been diminished by the construction going on right in front of it! The view from the unit is a plastic wrapped building and construction workers.The access to the slopes is a longer walk through the construction. Parking garage is full of people not staying in the building because door never closes. The unit itself was clean and nice, but for the cost, there was little value. The hot tub backs into the construction as well.Beware! We were not warned about this.

Amazing 4 bedroom 4 bath condo near gondola at River Run

My wife and I took our family of 8 skiing. We stayed at this awesome condo, it was perfect!! It slept 8 comfortably, furnishings were just like home and it was very close walk to the river run gondola. The Host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo is very nice, recently remodeled and well done. Common areas are nice but beat up. Great location. The construction next door limits the view of the mountain and access to the restaurant and shopping area.

Great property

We enjoyed staying at this property. This was a very clean and well maintained condo, well stocked with everything needed, plenty of towels and blankets, humidifiers. The proximity to the gondola makes this an awesome vacation spot. Just a little heads up about The Springs, the size of the ski lockers. We had 5 skiers and 3 snowboarders in our family and we stored part of the equipment in our car. It’s not a deal breaker but just be prepared for a small locker. Even with this I would still pick this unit over anything else. Best condo we stayed at so far. Cleanliness is super important for us. Thank you.

Top Flight Rental close to slopes

Condo in The Springs

This condo is very close to the lift and gondola. It was very spacious for our family. The kitchen has a good supply of dishes and glassware. Some seasonings are also provided. The only drawback it has is the bathrooms don’t have grab bars in the tubs or shower. My 79 year old husband had to be especially cautious using our jacuzzi tub.

Solid spot!

Very nice spot that is large, comfortable, and clean. Construction next door made access to the village a bit longer but it is still very close. Other nits are that the elevators in the building are extremely slow and it would have been nice to be provided two parking spots in the building vs one. But would definitely stay again!

Family Ski Trip

The condo was as advertised. Very convenient to the gondola and River Run Area. The accommodations were great. Loved the bedrooms and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom! We used the fireplace every evening while reminiscing about the days skiing. There was a welcome basket on the counter full of goodies which was greatly appreciated. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want or need. Our 3-year-old grandson loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Overall this was a great place, and we will definitely stay here again!

The condo was a short walk to the village and ski slopes. It had a ski locker that was convenient to store the ski equipment. I would definitely rent again if I would return to Keystone. Property manager was was very helpful and easy to contact.

Great unit!

Awesome unit! Great layout for the family. Great proximity to the Gondola for kids (even had a view of the fireworks this year). Unit is in great condition and appointed with everything you may need to cook meals in the kitchen.

Great place to stay

The unit was very nice. It was great having four beds and baths so we didn’t have to share. The construction noise could be heard throughout the day, but it was quiet at night. The construction also has the short path to River Run closed, so the walk is a little longer, but still easy. Overall, very clean nice unit. Would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful mountain getaway

Our family, 4 adults and 3 children, fit nicely into this lovely 4 bedroom condo. Spacious and tastefully decorated with all amenities you would need. A quick 5 minute walk to the ski village made it even better to enjoy drinks, food and entertainment. This condo has a beautiful pool and hot tub area that our kids loved. Would certainly stay again and enjoyed our time in Keystone.

Better than pictured

Simeon Is an owner operator. The standards of upkeep in his unit are much higher than a third-party managed unit. Extremely well-kept. Great customer service. He even came in and switched around a door knob for my toddler to stay contained in one of the bedrooms. The Condo was immaculate. Designed exactly how we would have designed it given the chance. I highly recommend Simeon’s unit.

Great stay!

Property is clean, up to date and well appointed. Three out of 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is great with adult kids. Some construction going on and pool was closed for first two days, which we weren’t aware of. All in all, great place and good access to many things!
