"The online information and email confirmations said check in was 3. When I went to the front desk to check about early check in I was told no check in before 5 and the rooms were not going to be ready any earlier than 5. Finally got to check in and it was not the room I had put in for. Was expecting 2 Queen beds open room and it was a different layout of a room no windows, tiny sitting room with a murphy bed. There were someone’s clipped toe nails on the floor and the sink was backing up. But...

"Traveled with my mother, my foreign exchange sister from 42 years ago, her daughter, and my 2 grandsons. Great location to take in WV attractions. Plenty to do at the property. Condo was perfect. Would love to return at some point!"

"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"We recently attended a wedding at Deep Creek. We chose Will O' the Wisp for the location and lake view! We were not disappointed! The condo was clean and we enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the patio. Very peaceful and relaxing! We would not hesitaye to book again."

"Great mountain getaway property. It was cozy and had all the furnishings we needed for a long weekend. The pet friendly unit was perfect to take our dog and we were very comfortable. The layout with the kitchen connected to cozy living room eith fireplace was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Others have mentioned the toilet not flushing properly which was a concern, but as long as we held the handle down longer it wasn't a big problem. Having to take the trash down the road to the office...
