They gave us a room on the first floor with and alley view and a musty smell. I woke up all stuffed and could barely breathe. They gave us a new room. They said they checked the toom 1115 to see if there was a problem. They claimed there was none. I asked why after I called they didn't hold our room. They said the only assign rooms when you check in. Ive never heard...

"Very well managed hotel, conveniently located, nice neighborhood. The room was large and spacious, bed really comfortable. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Depending on the flow of traffic into the hotel had multiple staff members ready to assist, check in was a breeze. highly recommend"

"If I had a chance to go back I wouldn’t..it wasn’t a bad experience the staff were nice and it’s a nice hotel but the room wasn’t as what o thought. It was very small the smell wasn’t very pleasant at first something about the air that comes out of the vents smelled funny and I didn’t like it. When I booked this room through Expedia from my understanding it was free parking. I guess that’s the way Seattle is though because you have to pay for parking everywhere. 56.00 a night was very pricey....
