Best Rental Experience

Great location, away from most of the hectic crowding common on most of Key West. This was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in, with almost no maintenance problems. The garbage disposal was inoperative when we arrived, and the drain associated with the disposal was blocked. I would also recommend that the tired mattress in the master suite should be replaced. Great stay!

Perfect for family

We really like this place. It was big enough that we all had our place on the days that it rained. The second half of our trip was sunny so we got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi which was fantastic. It was located in a quiet part of new town, but not so far away that we couldn't walk (or just a short Uber to the center of things). The kitchen was a little dated, but fully stocked. The balcony was huge and a great place for morning coffee or hanging out (but all the screen doors could use a little TLC). We loved it and would love to come back sometime!

Hot Water

Could not get hot water in the guest tub. So we all had to use the master bedroom shower. Loved the property and the pool, etc.

Will definitely be back — outstanding service

I loved the location of the property, being a bit away from the noise of the party, but close enough for a nice walk to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Comfortable rooms, the pool is well kept, easy check-in process — really enjoyed our time here! We had an issue the first night (not the property's fault) and management was fast in looking after it — literally had a successful resolution in like 30 minutes. Considering it was almost 10pm, we were really appreciative of the great communication and service. All around a great spot and location with everything we needed — will definitely be back!

First time to Key West

Me, my wife and my sister were in Key West for our daughter's wedding in Marathon. We loved everything about our stay here. There was plenty of room and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large bathroom. The location of the condo was awesome. It's in the center of Key West. Taking an Uber was inexpensive. We rented a car and had covered parking, which having onsite parking is very valuable in Key West. The Olympic sized pool with the view of the ocean was great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great property

The condo was clean and as represented in the listing. The information provided for check-in and check out could have been better, but the hosts were responsive when I messaged. Overall I would recommend this property.

The pool and hot tub were great, the pictures weren’t quite accurate and the condo needed mopping cleaners and the floor was dirty. The upgraded bathroom was beautiful. Aside from the few negatives, we had a great time and would stay again.

Add say A113 has a lg bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds plus larger bed in quest bedroom. And there was only one twin. But we managed and we only had one dish towel to dry dishes with. But we loved the place. Thank you

Key west review

We loved our unit(A113)!! Loved having coolers available as well as beach chairs! Everything was clean and check in was easy. The only thing we would suggest is to do away with the actual keys needed to access the property itself. The front doors as well as doors leading to the pool had to be opened with a key. We had six adults and only 2 keys which was very inconvenient. The outside doors need to be changed to using codes just like we used for our unit itself.

Great place - loved the hot tub, sauna and tennis

We really enjoyed our staying in Key West. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Activities and facilities were much more important to us than fancy new furniture or expensive appliances. So we were very satisfied. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed like extra sheets and towels, a blender, and various size coolers to be able to take picnic to the beach. We felt very secure because they have a security guard who walks the property at night. The activities were fantastic, and it was not nearly as crowded as I thought it would be given that we were coming on the most busy time of the year. We love the JetSki tour, the night kayaking, snorkeling at Honda, the glass, bottom boat, And everything else we did. Everyone was super friendly, and they were amazing restaurants. We would definitely come back. We loved it!

A113 Stay

The complex grounds and pool were great, and very quiet for our mid - August stay. Communication with the booking agent was efficient and timely. The unit was clean and met all of our needs. Underground parking was convenient.

Swim Around Key West

Loved how easy it was to arrive abs check in. It’s got a great pool by the water plus the rental had a little gym and everything we needed for our island swimcation. It was on the quieter side but still walking or biking distance from everything on Duval street. We will be back!

Great place with loud neighbors

Great condo and great location but we had people running through the halls and doing gymnastics above us all night long. I get people having a good time but we were woke up every night by some screaming and running the halls. The kids above were running through their condo until about 11pm. Not sure if they were locals or just visiting but they were extremely loud.

Nice Condo with easy access to Old Town Key West

Large Condo with ability to store lugage before and after access to unit. Short Uber or bike ride to Old Town area. Nice pool area to cool off and relax.
