The third bedroom suite is also on the second level and contains a full bed and a twin bed...also with its own private bathroom. A half bath is located on the main level and is perfect for pool guests or simple convenience.

PARKING
This home has one designated off-street parking spot. We keep our boat in the other parking stall. There is ample on-street parking in the neighborhood.

The home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum).

CANCELLATION:
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the reservation will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 60 days are non-refundable.
