Welcome to Mai Tai Terrace located in The Shipyard subdivision of Truman Annex in beautiful Key West.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit condo is spacious and comfortable for guests of all types.

An open concept living, dining and kitchen allows this second story condo to flow freely. With vaulted ceilings and large windows this tropical hideaway is filled with natural light and island vibes.

The primary suite has a queen size bed, large closet, 42” smart tv and is complete with an en-suite full bathroom.

The guest bedroom has 2-twin beds (can be converted to a king up request), large closet, 42” smart tv and is right next to the second shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The quaint kitchen has all the utensils and cooking supplies you will need for your stay in your home away from home.

The dining area has seating for 6 guests.

The living area has a sofa sleeper, accent chairs and a 55” smart tv.

There is a lanai off the living room through the French doors that is outfitted with conversation sitting area and privacy wall between the neighbor property.

Mai Tai Terrace is in the perfect location and is set behind a secured parking area which reduces traffic and noise.
Just steps to the Truman Waterfront Park & Amphitheater, 3 blocks to central Duval Street, 2 blocks to The Hemingway House, Shipwreck Museum, Key West Lighthouse, shopping facilities and so much more.

Fort Zachary Taylor Beach Park is also within 3 blocks of the home. Don’t forget to bring the beach chairs & beach towels provided in the unit.

The property has a communal swimming pool within the complex.

Guests staying in Mai Tai Terrace also may use the two bicycles which are provided with your stay and is the preferred way of seeing Key West!

There is 1 assigned parking space for the unit if you chose to rent a vehicle or golf cart.

The location is just off of Duval so you have easy access to all of the restaurants and events. The condo was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Mai Tai Terrace in Truman’s Annex is the perfect location for those who want to stay at a place within walking distance of a great beach, great restaurants, shops and nightlife. The unit is clean and modern with everything you you need for a great stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay in Shipyard at Truman Annex was great. Unit very clean and taken care of. The pool key was missing, but a new one was brought to us first thing the next morning after notifying them. Checking in and out was easy too. We’d definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our trip in Key West. The house is so clean and well stocked. It has everything we could possibly need. My husband and I worked remotely on some days, we did not have any issues with the wifi. The house was comfortable, homey and love the decor. The location was perfect. It's close to the beach in Fort Zachary, US Coast Guard, Truman White House and Duval Street. They have provided 2 bikes but we explored the place majority on foot. We did not have any issues. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

I have stayed in the Truman Annex many times, and while I have stayed in some really nice places, Mai Tai Terrace was my family’s favorite one. We are extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness. This condo was exceptionally clean. It’s beautifully decorated, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed the beach chairs, cooler, and bicycles that were included with the condo. Also, the location is excellent. You are within walking distance to all the main attractions in the area. When my family goes back to Key West, we will definitely want to stay in The Mai Tai Terrace again.

We had a great time in Key West- most things to do were within walking distance - bikes were a great addition to get around town! Place was as decribed with a management company that was awesome at addressing any concerns and issues were taken care of promptly! Place was very clean and well kept - only minor issue was cookware- it needs to be replaced- it was older with scratched up teflon so not very safe to cook on- otherwise perfect vacation!!
