  • The iconic William Skelton Home in downtown Key West offers an ideal retreat for your group of 16 guests. The six bedroom Victorian mansion features multiple spacious living areas, a private backyard with a swimming pool, and a newly renovated chef's kitchen.



    On the first floor you will find a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is a kitchenette and living area with sofa bed in the back of the home facing the backyard. On the second floor is the kitchen, dining room, another spacious living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Don't miss the unforgettable front porch and back deck with comfortable seating. The third floor is reserved for the luxurious master suite - a king bedroom with a seating area and beautiful private bathroom.



    The best of Key West is steps away with this home's incredible central location on Eaton and Duval Street. The William Skelton Home may be reserved for 1+ nights throughout the year, either as the entire 6 bedroom home, or the upstairs portion with 3 bedrooms.

Perfect house for a large group in Key West. Very spacious and plenty of beds to fit your entire group. The location cannot be beat. Centrally located and steps from Duval. The pool is a great place to relax after exploring Key West. Cannot recommend enough.

This house is in a great location - very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants/ bars in downtown Key West. The house is clean and well stocked. We stayed with a large group and would definitely book again!

Great place for group stays!

I hosted a reading retreat for my book club of 16 women at the William Skelton Home. It was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and read, plenty of seating for us to spend time together, and a short walk to Duval Street! We really enjoyed the serenity of the private pool too!

Everything about this place exceeded expectations. The check in was easy and they even let us store our luggage before our check in to make everything more conducive. The house is better than advertised, within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants.

Amazingly quaint, historic Key West stay

The property was very clean. The house felt beautifully rustic and historic. It was only one block from Duval and just steps away from almost all the action. Snugged between two bed and breakfasts, it is an amazing place for a large group for family to stay.
