The first floor guest quarters has a living area with a pull out sofa, small eat in kitchen with full size refrigerator, full bathroom and king bedroom with 75 inch smart TV.
The split plan layout of the rooms is ideal for two families (or 3 couples) sharing a vacation get-away together. Our townhouse is elegantly-appointed with full kitchen & half-kitchen. Sonos throughout the home. We include numerous amenities to make you feel at home & relaxed.
The Second Floor includes a very large full kitchen, 8 seating dining area, and large sectional with a designer entertainment center and 75 inch smart TV.
The Third floor includes a huge master suite with a king bed, a sitting area and a very large master bath with a Jacuzzi, shower double sink and a bidet. This bedroom opens to a spiral stair case that leads to our beautiful private roof top terrace. You will have a FULL view of the stars over the ocean.
The third bedroom is also on the third floor and it includes bunk beds with trundle, a Queen size bed and a full bathroom with a bath tub.
Our large townhouse is a much better value than renting three separate hotel rooms. And best of all, you will have both privacy & the enjoyment of a shared vacation. Save even more by having breakfast & lunch at your own vacation home. Then go out for a nice dinner & Key Largo entertainment.
Note that Mariners Club Resort Security is very strict in checking for pre-registered guests. They will verify registry of guest at each entry & will not allow ‘would be visitors’ into the community. Free Private Parking: We have free private and secure front door parking for up to TWO cars. All must be pre-registered.
A $95 Resort Fee is paid directly to the guard upon check-in and can only be paid in the form of a check or money order to Mariners Club HOA. This fee is for the use of all resort amenities.

Our vacation home is in Mariners Club Resort, which is the perfect venue. It is a picturesque location with two fabulous large heated pools (the oasis pool, the longest ocean front pool in the Florida Keys and the clubhouse pool, elevated with a great view of the marina), Jacuzzi grotto spa, long & beautiful fishing pier, & relaxing sun tanning sand beach area. All these give you awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean & abundant nature.
Plus you'll enjoy the very unique Jacuzzi grotto spa! So you may find yourself lounging in one of the two pools & marveling at the incredible eco-friendly scenery at & around Mariners Club Resort.

While in Florida Keys, you can plan to have a relaxing vacation experience, or you can make your vacation as active as you like. For a more active vacation, simply enjoy recreational activities on land & water including fishing, sailing & kayaking, as you explore the ecological wonders that are indigenous to the area. Below the water surface, a colorful world awaits discovery while you snorkel or scuba dive at nearby John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park or other local parks. You will have so much to choose from within 2 to 5 miles from our resort: swim with the dolphins, scuba, snorkeling, parasailing, boating, fishing, canoe, jet-skiing, great restaurants, shopping, & so much more.
We are always looking to make improvements. So we just added the highest Internet speed available in the South Florida & premium cable service. You will not get this anywhere else for FREE.

The Mariners Club Resort offers world-class facilities & numerous high-end amenities to make you feel at home & relaxed, & even a bit pampered. Yes, it’s all included as part of your reservation.
You will have 24/7 onsite security in this beautiful & inviting gated oceanfront resort community. Our townhome is just a short walk to the large & stunning marina with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. There is plenty to do. Just stroll down to the clubhouse for light reading; go fishing at long pier; go to one of our TWO luxury pools for swimming; get a workout in at our state-of-the-art fitness center; get your family into a game of tennis; or simply sit in the calming warm water Jacuzzi grotto.
So enjoy all the same luxurious comforts of the resort without the extra cost. You will not be in a hotel, but instead you will be in your home away from home.
Area Attractions
Plan to enjoy the Florida Keys’ Key Largo. Key Largo is well-known as the Diving Capital of the World. Nearby you can scuba or snorkel at the world famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park (the first undersea park in history and has the Christ of the Abyss). Or else go to the Spiegel Grove & Molasses Reef, which are just 15 minutes away for excellent diving. Molasses Reef is an extensive reef complex with diving depths from about 10 ft. to more than 70 ft. The USS Spiegel Grove is the largest vessel ever intentionally sunk. It is roughly equivalent in length to 2 football fields.
There are many other adventurous activities available, such as kayaking, jet skiing & boating. So change your latitude & immerse yourself in the turquoise ocean waters that surround this paradise. Other great options include nearby golfing, sightseeing, fishing excursions, swimming with dolphins, visiting museums, doing eco-tours & of course my favorite - great local fine dining.
Go to nearby Dolphin Cove, which is a unique haven, featuring educational programs about marine life & a special area for swimming with the dolphins. Another option is Theater of the Sea is an entertaining marine animal park including dolphin, sea lion, & parrot shows. Jacob’s Aquatics Center has activities for all ages.
Florida Keys Wild Bird Center is a beautiful sanctuary where you’ll have the chance to observe wild beautiful birds, along with minnows, crabs, & gorgeous sunsets. Make this a truly memorable adventurous, yet very uniquely relaxing experience.
Key Largo's location provides many other benefits. You can take short drive northbound to Florida's Everglades, Miami or Fort Lauderdale shopping & sights, or go south to numerous national parks, 7 Mile Bridge, & Key West. It's all within your reach & each drive is bordered on both sides by the beautiful scenic coastline waters of the Atlantic Ocean & Gulf of Mexico.
Licensing Regulations & Maintenance
Our townhouse has been inspected & approved to operate in Key Largo Florida as a vacation rental. We have a transient (short-term rental) license & follow local & state laws. We pay our local & state taxes (12.5%).
Since we are in a tropical environment, we have both internal & external pest control contracts in place. Our townhouse is treated & inspected on a regular basis by a local professional extermination firm & the Mariners Club Resort maintenance.
Marina & Boating Needs
Mariners Club Resort has a 43-slip deep-water marina with in & out lift service. It can handle yachts up to 60 feet long. All slips are equipped with electricity & water. Please note that you will need to make your own boating arrangements with our on-site harbormaster.
