This tiny house is located directly on the water and is the perfect spot for a couples getaway or a family fishing trip at the third largest living coral barrier reef system in the world

Bring your boat, rent a boat or simply enjoy our two kayaks on the property in this waterfront oasis. Explore the shallow water inlets or the nearby sound and watch for the Manatee or Dolphins which frequent these waters. The property sits across from protected mangroves at the boundary of the Everglades National Park. Private 41ft dock on a deep water canal with a 10k Ibs boat lift. Fish cleaning table and fishing poles included... catch your dinner right from the dock! New underwater fish light creates a visible aquarium off the dock at night attracting bait fish and larger predictory fish. LED dock post lamps, cafe lights in tiki and large LED lamp for evening cookouts. Easy access to Manatee Bay and Barnes Sound, less than 30 minutes from open ocean. 3 beach areas within 5 minute boat ride. Tiki hut with fan/charcoal BBQ, TV and bar seating. Washer and Dryer in unit.

House has a full master bedroom with queen bed downstairs, upstairs loft with queen bed (low clearance in loft) and a pull out couch in the living room. Ideal space for single couple, two couples or a small family.

Parking for 1 vehicle on premise. Additional Guest Parking for Vehicles/Trailers is available first come first serve in nearby visitor spaces.

Single paved community boat ramp available and community pool next to the property. If you plan to bring your boat, please contact the host.

Restaurants are within 5-10 min to Gilbert’s and Buzzards Roost. Gilbert's has a beach, live music, dockage for boats, fuel dock and a great tiki bar on the water.

Sundowners is about 12 min away with excellent views of the sunset, dockage for boats and live entertainment,. Also visit Senor Frijoles next door, with outdoor dining, Tex-Mex food and excellent Margaritas. Alabama Jacks is located across Card Sound, easy access by boat, live music and voted the best Conch Fritters in the Keys.

There are several boat & fishing charters as well as paddleboard, jet ski & boat rentals around Key Largo. Many will deliver watercraft directly to the property. The neighborhood is also centrally located with access to Everglades National Park to the west and Miami to the North as well as some of the worlds best fishing and dive spots through out the upper and middle Keys. Easy day trips to Key West and the lower Keys as well.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is approximately 10 mins away at mile marker 102 offering beach/swimming areas, kayaking and canoeing as well as fishing & snorkeling trips to the reefs.
