Small room, clean, cool. Walls super thin, people talking just after 7:00 AM, but then again quiet time is 10p - 7A. Might be better if quiet time was extended to 7:30A or 8:00A. Beautiful sunset.

The proprety was fine the comunacation was not we never heard from the mananger until we took what we thought were kayaks for guest at the resort and one filled up with water and sank. I had to tow my partner back to the dock while he hung on to the back and after we returned the manager and another lady came up to us and told us they are privite kayaks and she called the cops on us saying we stole them and the Cop said if we didn't give her 150.00 dollars right then and there I would be going to jail for robbery! I will never come back here or rent a place from Sun rv resorts ever again

More than half of the place is owned by private individuals who run the place. The smallest boat ramp u will ever see in the keys . I was supposed to have a parking for my boat when I got back to park it a red Jeep belonging to a owner there was in my spot. They have no office to complain you pick up your key in a lock box .rooms were clean but tiny 150 square feet . Stay away the local owners there look at you like your an outsider. I would never stay there again .

Keys get away

The RV was just what we were looking for. The basic needs of paper towels, napkins and even a dish drying rack were not in the unit. We washed and dried our dishes with bath hand towels. The corona virus may have played a role in the lack of communication but no one was in the office and no one returned out calls when we were having trouble with the limited TV. We would stay here again but we would be more prepared.

This was a quick stop over after our flight, arriving in evening and then travelled to Key West. This was a very clean comfortable place to stay. I would recommend to stay here.

Only stayed one night enroute to Islamorada. Check-in was easy considering we were later checking in. The room had everything you need (fridge, coffee pot, bedside table, Queen bed, chair, tv, and bathroom with shower). Downside was the size of room/shower—rather small. But, you are usually there to partake in outside activities! Very nice property on the water.

We stayed one night in unit A1. It was small, but very ckean. It is a little house with two units. We could hear the neighbor talking, but it was not disturbing. More disturbing was the traffic, because the unit is facing the busy street to Key West. Till 23 o'clock and starting around 4:00 a.m. it was heavy traffic, on Friday. The property is very nice and clean. You have access to the water. You could lay down on a long chair or sit and make your BBQ. Beautiful sunset and you can swim, but no beach. We would stay there again. Perfect place on the way to key west. There are also little houses for rent, that's what we would do next time.

We hebben hier een prima nacht gehad. Op internet hadden we gelezen dat je kon inchecken tussen 15.00 en 19.00, wij kwamen aan om 18.30, bleek de receptoe om 17.30 te sluiten.. gelukkig hadden ze een envelop met onze sleutels klaar gelegd. Kamer was ook schoon en top.
