Sliding glass doors allowing you to enjoy the water view from the living room, dining room and kitchen, It has a screened in deck for you to enjoy an early morning coffee or the night breeze. The deck is equipped with comfortable conversation seating. Wide canal for easy boating. Access to the bay is a short ride to Adams cut which gives you convenient access to the ocean side.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, all linens, washer and dryer inside, screened in patio. Bbq gas grill, outdoor fridge. Close to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, shopping, pharmacy, banks and lots of restaurants nearby, 1 hour to mainland.

Winter getaway
Nice home. Pictures are accurate of accommodations. The home's floors however were spongy and in need of repair. Screened in porch and outside space were nice.... but with CAMERAS everywhere....we did not utilize those spaces as much as we would have liked.
