Guests love our home because the amenities at Moon Bay are amazing: marina, kayak and boat launch, small private beach, club house with ping pong table, foos ball, beautiful pool, tennis courts, basketball court, barbecue/picnic area. Our townhouse is very comfortable and fully prepared for guests. We love guests and they love our home!
Our home has a master suite with king size bed, second suite with queen bed and two twin beds. Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, with a half-bath downstairs.
We provide pool towels, bath towels, and all linens. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker (drip system and Keurig), and toaster.
Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable:
laundry detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer, coffee if you like a specific type, extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, cleaning supplies, suntan lotion and bug spray.
BOAT SLIP/ACCESS: We do not have a deeded boat slip/dock, though you can rent one from our property manager. I suggest using the Caribbean Club for storage of the trailer or the boat ramp that allows trailer storage. The cost is $10 a week and it's right next door, within walking distance. Very convenient! Airbnb does not allow me to post the property manager's contact info until after you book, but I will be happy to provide after. The slips in the marina may not be used unless your boat is registered with Moon Bay and you have rented a slip. Any unregistered boats will be locked and fined.
Please follow all house rules posted in Airbnb. The security deposit will be affected if house rules are broken. Please leave our home as it was when you arrived.

It is suggested to purchase travel insurance, Hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for cancelled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.

The unit has complete guest access via door code. Our guests can use all areas of the home, but there are two locked owner's closets.
I'm always easily available by text or phone. I provide recommended things to do and suggest restaurants as your check-in date approaches. But you can always contact me if you have any questions about the area during your stay. The Keys and the ocean is our backyard and our playground, so explore and see as much as you can during your visit! I will not disturb you during your stay.
If you like to fish, dive, snorkel, swim, play tennis, kayak, paddle board, bike, or just relax, this is probably the right place for you.
Centrally located in Key Largo, the private gated community sits on the bayside with the best sunsets. Once outside the gates , we are within a few block to everything that downtown Key Largo has to offer. Just down the street is Dolphin Plus and Cove for swimming with the Dolphins, Jacobs Aquatic Center with Olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park a few miles away. You will find local restaurants, Pennecamp State Park, Key Largo Marina where you can charter for deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkel trips or catch a Sunset Sail, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park), Humphrey Bogart's African Queen, Two hour amazing scenic drive down to Key West ranked as one of the most beautiful drives in the USA. Oh, and don't forget about great shops nearby, too.
It's suggested to rent a car from either Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airports. We do have Uber to help get around once you are here.
Trash and recycle bins are located near the exit gate. All trash needs to be thrown away upon departure.
Please pull out the support legs on both ends of the convertible chairs if you plan to use them. The convertible chairs are intended for KIDS (under 100lbs). The sheets are in the upstairs hallway closet. If you have more that 4 adults, you may want to find a better fit for your vacation.
Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Please be mindful of the neighbors when outside after 10. Sound travels far.
Please close the umbrellas at the pool when you are done for the day.
We encourage all guests to buy travel insurance. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit secured before check-in instructions will be sent.
