Park right in front of your townhouse!  The ground-level front entrance takes you into the casual dining area and seating for 4 with a breakfast bar with additional seating.  Just steps to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to cook and serve your meals.

The living room has a comfortable seating plan with a large-screen TV and a sleeper sofa.  There is a glass patio table with seating for 6 for a fun place to play board games with the family or just a lovely reading space while you enjoy the tropical breeze.

Step out of your patio and you are at the clubhouse. The recently renovated clubhouse offers additional entertainment options.  The clubhouse's rooftop sun deck is a fabulous place to enjoy our world-renowned sunsets with your favorite adult beverage every evening!  Picnic tables with charcoal grills are conveniently located in the waterfront common areas.

The bedrooms and shared, updated, full bath with step-in shower are located on the second floor accessed via a staircase.

Moon Bay is the perfect locale whether traveling for business or pleasure!

Phone reception was very nice. Maintenance feedback wasn't great - not sure where the breakdown was, whether it was in getting message to them or in them addressing issues.
