"This is great location for visiting and exploring key largo. The space was clean, you have a beautiful view of the marina, there were dolphins feeding right off the docks! There’s a fun bar across the bay w live band which we enjoyed from the screened in patio! We did notice the king sized bed was sagging in the middle the first night but my husband being a handy man, flipped the mattress up and fixed the bent rail. One other thing to note, we came during king tides and the parking lot was...

"Excelente place for couples and the whole family"

"Not fancy, but clean and easy... exactly what we wanted. Nice little tiki bar with a sunset view of Florida Bay."

"Property needs some maintenance"

"Tranquilidad ,limpio"

"Great location, great property, helpful staff and excellent owner. Especially like the private cottages. Great view of the bay."

"My room looked different than the one on the website did not include a table and chairs and the small fridge was next to bathroom, room was pretty outdated and close to highway which made it hard to sleep even with mask and ear plugs, the a/c works well but very noisy. Now the office staff were super helpful and excellent customer service very friendly, the grounds are beautiful plenty of chairs and places to sit to eat or relax, very pretty, I loved that my room had couple of chairs outside...

The pool and beach were nice. The coffee machine in the main lobby was great until it died on the last day we were there - we were woken up by a fire alarm at 6:30am (someone pulled it I guess?)...

"This may be my favorite place I've stayed in the Keys! So quaint and the location and breakfast were amazing. We kayaked to the mangroves, ate at the wonderful restaurant across the street (Ballyhoos), and thoroughly enjoyed the beach area"

"This place is a hidden gem! We’ve been to the keys many times and we would definitely stay here again. The property was lovely and quiet! The perfect spot to relax and unwind."

"Although clean. Aged and outdated rooms and bathrooms."

"Unique location and pet friendly"

"The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the toilet had difficulty flushing properly."
