Turquoise Lagoon LLC, wide open turquoise views of the lagoon

Great view of the lagoon/bay right from the living room and out on the porch. Watch dolphins and manatees and fish jump. Beautiful sunrises to sit out with your morning coffee. This home is comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked. Also, linens, towels. The living room has a beautiful view right out to the bay as you watch boaters going by The cleaning people supply t/p and papertowels to start your rental and the rest is up to you. And there is a starter of laundry detergent too. Each private bedroom has a king size bed. Room to park your boat trailer and truck and room for a car too. The dock is a pull in with pilings. So plenty of dock space for up to a 34' boat. The bait freezer is next to the stairs. And a fish table to cut up that catch of the day. Also, a BBQ grill. Each person who uses the grill must clean it after use. Cabana Club membership included. htttps://thecabanaclubkeycolonybeach.com

Quirky, small but perfectly formed.

With the eclectic furnishings, this is a quirky and compact property, with 2 double beds and 2 bath/shower rooms. But what needs to be clarified is that only 1 is ensuite. There is everything you need to self cater, and the included membership to the beach club was a lovely extra. But the ici g on the cake for us was the sunsets, watching Manatees and Dolphins whilst sitting on our deck. Priceless !

Tanquil Lagoon, Key Colony Beach

Very nice 2 bed 2 bath located on the bay. Well equipped, updated kitchen and seating for 5 in living area. Easy access to all activities in the area. Wished it had a covered porch, but we soaked up all the sunshine

Our stay

Great little place on the inter coastal. It a was clean and cozy. Fishing off the dock, cabana club access was great. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Key Colony.

Fantastic location!

We fell in love with Key Colony Beach and the Cabana Club! Cheryl was a great hostess! We ate at the best restaurants in Marathon. The view behind this cute home was so beautiful. We will definitely be back to this special island.

Refreshing views!

Excellent water views from both sides of this property! Sunrise in the back, sunset in the front. My mom and aunt could not stop remarking about how wonderful the view was from the kitchen and sitting area. I managed to get out in the kayak a few times. Place was clean and bright, and communication with Cheryl was prompt and easy. On my list to return when I can manage it!

Fun in the sun at Key Colony Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Cheryl’s home! Everything about the home was represented accurately in the description and pictures. The location was ideal for exploring the keys from Key Largo to Key West and everything in between. We enjoyed visiting the Sea Turtle Hospital and Crane Hammock Historical site and several seafood restaurants in Marathon. In Key Largo we cruised on the African Queen and the Glass Bottom boat out on the coral reef. In Key West we visited the home of Ernest Hemingway, Harry Truman’s Little White House, The Wreckers Museum, and toured the city on the Conch Train. Cheryl answered all our questions promptly, off street parking was very convenient, the Cabana Club swimming pool was great and Sunset Beach was a mile walk from Cheryl’s home. All in all we had a memorable vacation. Thanks Cheryl!

The real Florida Keys Experience

What can we say. From the start Cheryl whas amazing. The house and location are fantastic the house is very well mandated and so cozy, we love the Florida Keys style. We stayed many times on the Florida Keys but this house has something special. Thank you so much Cheryl! We Loved every minute and we definitely want to come back next year.

Christmas Adventure

This was my first time using Vrbo (or any any rental app) and I couldn't ask for a better experience! The house is an adorable beach house theme and was immaculately clean when we arrived! Cheryl, the owner, is very kind and helpful with all of my questions prior to our trip and assured me she was just a text away if there were issues. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need on vacation. I was able to cook and serve my normal traditional Christmas breakfast using the appliances and cookware provided. The weather was a little too cold to take advantage of the amazing water access but that didn't stop us from enjoying amazing sunrises, sunshine, visits from iguana and dolphin sightings from the deck and dock! If you are looking for great places to eat, our favorites were Havana Jacks- amazing Christmaas dinner, Porky's- ribs!!, Curly's- drive through coffee shop, and the place we liked so much we went back twice- Herbies! Try the Poutine Fries. Places to visit in the area, Turtle Hospital, painting with dolphins at the research center, Sombrero Beach -gorgeous sunsets, 2 mile walking bridge- I chose the train tour option.

Perfect for our stay

Lovely house with a nice sunrise view. Very comfortable accommodations for two couples in a convenient waterfront location. The house had everything we needed. The parking isn't covered, but it is fully shaded during the day which is an unexpected benefit. The host was very attentive and helpful with our questions. I highly recommend this host and location.

Love the view!

This rental was perfect for us. The host was very attentive and made sure we were happy on the first day. There was a small problem and she fixed it within the hour. I liked the way the house was set up. There was a closet and laundry closet between the two rooms which gave us more privacy. She had four beach chairs to take to the beach. Lots of towels and everything we needed in the house. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, paper towels, TP, iron, blow dryer etc. Our budget was small but I still wanted a water view. A great view of the bay from the livings space. This was the best part of the rental for me. The view of water out the master bedroom too. A water view was very high on my list and this was the best rental for that I have stayed in thus far. We were in a great location to go to a Miami Marlins game one day and Key West the next. We went all over the Keys and had a great time. Thanks Cheryl.

Fantastic view

Key Colony is always a pleasure and Cheryl is great to rent from. Very responsive. Unit was very KEYSEY. Great place to kick back and relax or spend the day at the beach or on the water.

The view is beautiful

It was nice being right there on the water to get in and off the boat and the sunrise was gorgeous. The house had everything you needed for the four of us we were very comfortable. Cheryl was great anything we needed she was able to answer.

Home in paradise

Our stay was perfect! The beds are super supportive and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the laundry was a great convenience for us. I can't begin to describe the view or the memories and laughs we made on the deck overlooking the water. Sunset over water at the front of the house, and sunrise with a cup of coffee on the dock...just all the feels for this property. Cheryl was a great host and was so easy to reach for any questions. If we ever make it to the Keys again, Cheryl will be the first person I communicate with. Thank you again Cheryl for the calming space that I needed.

Beautiful View of Bay

Enjoyed watching the sunrise across the bay. Very comfortable home furnished with everything we needed and an extra perk of beautiful artwork. KCB is a nice little community with Marathon nearby offering you may need. Host was very accessible and gave us great advice.

Amazing location

We had an amazing time, got to manatees and even a dolphin swim past. Great central location, we traveled to key west one day and did a fishing charter another. Easy access to the main road with a stop light. House was perfect we made several of our meals there after visiting local fish markets.

Great Location, User Friendly

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and just off the main drag, so it's easy to walk to several restaurants as well as the club and a park with beautiful sunset views. We saw manatees off the back dock as well as some big fish and lots of birds. The place is beautiful and has everything you need.

Wonderful week

We greatly enjoyed our time. The home is perfect, had the boat right out back, quite area and easy access to everything. Cheryl is wonderful host who is very helpful from the moment we booked. We hope to come back again. The views are amazing and the artwork in the home is lovely as well.
