"When I checked out my overnight stay at previous week I told the front desk that I would prefer not to have a room where the stairwell is keep coming doors. It might be in two stays, I was on a 300 mile bike tour. At the end of the tour, I wanted a good nights rest and to be able to sleep. Alicia and trust desk pick a room for me, show me where it was at and lock it in for my return. The staff at this hotel is excellent! This particular room is actually handicap, accessible and newer fixtures than my previous room."

"Bayshore has everything we need in Traverse City on vacation! Breakfast in the morning, Clean rooms, pool access if raining, but has the best beach location for the best price! They helped in a pinch this trip as we were left without AC and then out of power at a bed and breakfast this week. They had rooms available and were very accommodating with a late night checkin on short notice."
