"Front desk staff nariana( probably spelled wrong, sorry!) was soo helpful and friendly,she went the extra mile to help us!it was a good location to see the city! The hotel definitely was outdated, but it is known for being one of the oldest hotels in manhattan so I wasnt to suprised."

"Wir hatten Frühstück in Form eines Verzehrgutscheins gebucht, was uns auch bewusst war. Allerdings war dessen Wert so gering, dass er bei weitem nicht für ein normales Frühstück ausgereicht hat. Selbst bei sehr einfachen Speisen und Getränken mussten wir deutlich draufzahlen. Zudem war die Qualität des Frühstücks enttäuschend und hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht, weshalb wir das Frühstück nur einmal genutzt...
