"Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers. "

"This flat was an okay place to stay. It was relatively clean and had the basics. However, when it was 3 hours past check-in I had to hound the host repeatedly to please give me the code to get into the flat. The listing did not say anything about being on the 3rd floor without a lift. Several of the pictures on the website were totally inaccurate as things had been changed/redone. This included the floors that had screws sticking out of the stairs, which had been carpeted before. Also,...

"A great property. Nice system for check in & excellent support from City Relay team. Few suggestions Wall hangings to be properly set. Garbage place is dirty as other flat occupants A & B did not maintain a proper disposal. Heater is not working on water heater mode. "
