"My wife, myself, our 4 grown up children and our dog stayed for my father’s 90th birthday party weekend nearby. I grew up in the area so know it well. The house was the perfect base for us and is a charming and comfortable place to stay. It has everything you could need and the instructions, welcome pack and facilities were first rate. Definitely will stay again."

"On arrival Judith was there to meet us and made us feel right at home, absolutely lovely place to stay and 10 minutes was to the shops and a lovely river walk, we also drove to the moors which is 10 minutes from the property by car ourselves and the dogs loved it we will most definitely be back."

"We stayed at the Loft Suite for 3 nights the location is excellent for access to the centre. No mention in the details that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the accommodation is on the first floor with access via a steep and fairly narrow staircase which could be a problem for elderly guests. Overall good value for money and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The was a mix up with paying the deposit online which required a phone call to sort out."

"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."
