Vor dem Einchecken war Müll in einem Schrank (einschließlich einer Fischverpackung, die sehr schlecht roch). Der Eingang zum Hotel ist sehr leicht zu übersehen. "The Alte Winzerhof offers comfortable modern rooms in a beautifully modernized historic building. The room was delightful, the breakfast delicious, and the staff very helpful. A couple houses down the road is an excellent restaurant specializing in regional cuisine, with nice outdoor seating. The area is beautiful and the wine excellent. Highly recommended."

"Nice people, and the basic food was good, comfort food. It hit the spot for us. However, the room left much to be desired. If those were sheets on the bed, it's not what I expect. They were more like mattress covers, and thread bare at that. I would eat there again, but I would not spend the night. Just being honest."

"Came for a 3-day business trip. Location is really outside the city, but the tram is 5 min walk and the frequency is rather good. The property however is in poor maintenance condition. Also - its rather a nuisance that there is no front desk and that the owner is not always there. I imagine its less of a problem in longer stays but for a couple of days it was very uncomfortable. Even though its a low price guesthouse- my experience there was far worse than in similar price-range hotels in...
