Step inside this two-level condo and you'll find that every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a memorable stay. On the ground floor, you'll discover two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a smart TV, and ample clothing storage, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The second bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and plenty of storage as well. These bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combo, ensuring everyone's needs are met. Conveniently located on this level is also a laundry closet complete with a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies—because even on vacation, it's nice to have the comforts of home.

Ascend to the upper level, where you'll find a third bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with a glimpse of Bald Mountain—ideal for sipping your morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air. (Note that this bedroom is enclosed by louvered doors and connects to the living area with a transom.) The upper level also features a spacious living room with a smart TV for your entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen ready for culinary adventures, and a dining area that comfortably seats six. Another balcony on this level offers stunning views of the community pool and Dollar Mountain, providing the perfect backdrop for evening relaxation.

The location of this condo is simply unbeatable. In the summer, take a leisurely stroll to Festival Meadows right next door, where you can enjoy arts festivals and other local events. The community pool provides a refreshing escape on warm days. For music lovers, the symphonies at Sun Valley Resort are just a short walk away, allowing you to avoid the hassle of parking. Downtown Ketchum is within walking distance as well, offering a variety of dining options, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife. And when winter comes, you're just a short drive from the ski lifts. If you'd rather leave your car behind, the Mountain Rides free shuttle stops at the end of the Val D'Sol driveway.
