Bedroom one - King

This remodeled 1-bedroom/1-bath condo located on the second level of the complex sleeps two and offers comfortable, clean accommodations that provide many of the basic comforts of home. (The elevator will be out of service from 5/5 to 6/20/2025) This unit is located near the pool and hot tub and offers wireless internet. This unit does not have A/C. The fully stocked kitchen has all the basic dishes you need to make home-cooked meals. The living room with Bald Mt views has a 27-inch flat-screen TV/DVD, and a gas fireplace. The dining area seats four with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 20-inch TV, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Complex Features: The Christophe Condominiums are located on Second Avenue, 5 blocks from Main Street in Ketchum. The Christophe complex has the only 4-season outdoor pool in Ketchum, plus an adjacent hot tub. The Christophe complex is conveniently located near the bike path and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. A free shuttle stops at the Christophe and provides transportation around the valley. Underground parking is available for ONE VEHICLE PER UNIT. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. The complex has an elevator and a common area, and a coin-operated washer/dryer is available for guest use. PLEASE NOTE: THE CHRISTOPHE IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX. CHRISTOPHE CONDOMINIUMS PROHIBIT ALL PETS.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Perfect Spot For Ketchum Ski Adventure.

Large combined unit with two separate bedroom areas. Open lining room/kitchen layout which quite is functional for cooking/socializing. Easy walk to Sun Valley main base area. Shared outdoor hot tub is just downstairs with great mountain view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited our son’s family and wanted to stay close to town and near our son. Condo was in a great location for us. Furniture in condo was tired. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Window treatments didn’t all work properly. Bathroom was roomy and met our needs.

The property had a really unpleasant odor and even with opening the windows, it never aired out.

For the cost I was expecting a bit more of an updated unit and the odor was unpleasant. Also was hoping there was coffee for the coffee pot.
