"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "I like the location which is near the cable car. We can play with the snow. I do not like the limited food options available in the restaurant. We had to eat elsewhere. Mineral water that was provided to the rooms was also limited."

"Staying here looked like it would be nice but the shower floods the couch is hard as a rock the bed is super low to the ground making it hard to get up they are stingy when it comes to there towels. I do not recommend "

"This is the worst place to stay. The receptionist didn’t speak English. The cabin which we stayed in had a mouse running around, Disgusting! Outside the cabin were terrifying dogs which would take your stuff if left outside the cabin. The way to the cabin was slippery and muddy and puddles everywhere.
