"Was extremely impressed with the staff on reception, and in the Breakfast hall. Nothing was too much for them. Absolutely first rate. Want to come back again."

"Great hotel, nice bar downstairs (fully equipped with kids play area so that parents can relax!). Only recommendation is that they continue breakfast to 10am, rather than stop at 9.30am."

"This hotel is ideally located for convenience. The breakfast was genuinely fantastic. However, the room could have been a little cleaner/in better condition (e.g. the shower didn't drain quickly). The room I stayed in was on a lower floor and the city noise was a little loud but friends of mine on a higher floor didn't have that problem. "

"Good value. Basic hotel.but comfortable and clean. Good service; no problems. Red haired lady on the front desk was very helpful. Probably will stay here sgain on my way back through Helsinki."
