"Was not able to watch PBS when it was in the guide on the TV. First time I turned on the TV it would not turn on. Found out it was not synced with the box. Maintenance came and fixed it. The breakfast was very good but sometimes the food was lukewarm warm instead of hot. Did not offer a variety of caffeinated tea."

"Zazz is jazzy and fun! Easy checkin and a funky east central vibe. The well-appointed motel room was the perfect balance of exotic and local, low rider and jalopy, speakeasy and bright neon. What a night!"

"Breakfast was good. But room I got was near staircase exit and I woke up to it early banging closed"

The staff was also very friendly and helped me to plan my Balloon Fiesta week. Th room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out. The furniture itself looked tired and old; one of the dressers had a drawer that would not close completely. The closet doors were low quality and the furniture in the bedroom looked like it...

"Bathroom is big but there is no ventilation,"

"The hair conditioner was empty and didn't have a cap on it. The body wash was almost gone too. We were there for 2 nights so that stuff should have been checked daily and refilled."
