"This was a great house. Lots of beds, great kitchen, nice dining area, cool backyard and hot tub, and such a short walk to the little town area and rafting. I kinda wish we had planned more time to utilize the pool table, hot tub and lounge space. Only negatives I would say are it needs a kettle for preparing tea, and is due for a deep cleaning (it was overall neat and clean, but had some dusty surfaces and window sills, some sticky shelves in the kitchen cabinets, etc)!But again, great stay and I highly recommend for a group. "

"We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "
