Individual house for 4 people, quiet, in an old farm. A small quiet house close to the sea with a garden overlooking the bay of Douarnenez. A 3 km from Locronan Small town character and 2km from the city of Douarnenez 3 ports (marina, fishing and Port Museum), Quimper, its old and its cathedral (15 km). Halfway between the Pointe du Raz and Pointe de Van and many sites to visit beaches and coastal paths.

Lovely property and a charming host

The cottage is secluded and has a self-contained garden with lovely views over the ocean. Inside is well equipped and fairly comfortable with all modern conveniences including a strong WiFi signal. François and his family are kind, charming, and helpful hosts. François gave us great advice about local towns, shops, and beautiful beaches that we could visit. The smallest issue or request was resolved or catered for instantly. Our two dogs enjoyed their stay as well and having our own secure garden to relax in was appreciated. We would return to the property with no hesitation.

Schöne Lage knapp 1km vom Meer, sehr ruhig. Der netter Gastgeber wohnt gegenüber, wir konnten ein paar Brocken französisch und bekamen daraufhin jeden Morgen die Tageszeitung! Das Haus könnte hier und da etwas mehr Pflege vertragen, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zum Abendessen zu Fuß: Creperie in Kerval 30 Min., Douarnenez 1,5 h. Zum Bäcker besser per Auto nach Plonévez in 8 min

Monsieur Crocq ist ein sehr abgenehmer und sympathischer Vermieter. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, nachts hört man nur leise die Brandung rauschen - zum Strand 500 m. Wir haben hier trotz des sehr atlantischen Wetters eine schöne Woche verbracht!

Séjour agréable dans une belle région, beaucoup d'excursions et promenades sur les plages à proximité ou un peu plus loin presqu'île de Crozon, cap Sizun. Villes intéressantes comme Quimper, Douarnenez, etc .La maison est assez grande, petit jardin fleuri, au sein d'une ancienne ferme en pleine campagne. Plage à 500m, et 200m plus loin belle plage de Kervel. Notre hôte était attentif et toujours prêt à nous donnet des conseils. Séjour très agréable. Bruno R.

Richtiger Wohlfühlurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bei offenem Fenster kann man das Meer hören. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Der Gastgeber, François, ist wirklich toll und kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste.Es war eine Freude, dort zu sein! Würden wir wieder buchen.

Fantastische week in het huisje van François

We hebben een fijne week in de woning in Kerleol gehad. De gastheer, Francois, was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Een heerlijke tuin vol rozen aan de woning. Een mooie omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen, en het strand heel dichtbij. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim, en we hebben er heerlijk geslapen.

Das Steinhaus ist Teil eines Ensembles (ehemaliger Vierkanthof) von drei Ferienhäusern und dem Haus des Vermieters, François Crocq.Die Lage ist phantastisch: auf dem Hügel mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein Sträßchen führt zum Strand im Tal. Für Ausflüge zu den Kaps (z. B. Wandern auf dem Zöllnerweg) , nach Quimper oder Concarneau optimal im Scheitel der Bucht von Douarnenez gelegen. Monsieur Crocq ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen dort verbracht und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Drei wundervolle Wochen in der Bretagne

Den vielen sehr guten Bewertungen können wir uns nur anschließen. Von einem sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Check-In, über einen entspannten Aufenthalt im schönen Häuschen mit gepflegtem Garten, hatten wir mit unserem Hund bis zum unkomplizierten Check-Out einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in Kerlaz. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns für die schöne Zeit bei dem überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Monsieur Crocq.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Südwesten zu erkunden

Das kleine Ferienhaus gehört zu einem hübschen Hof mit zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern. Der Vermieter, Monsieur Croqc wohnt ebenfalls dort, so dass er bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen ist. Er ist überaus freundlich und hat uns mit Tips und der Tageszeitung versorgt. Sowohl aus den Dachfenstern ais auch vom Garten aus hat man Sicht auf die Bucht von Douarnenez, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Besorgungen benötigt man das Auto, wird dafür aber nur von Meeresrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Das Haus ist vernünftig ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben mit unseren 14 und 17 Jahre alten Kindern trotz langsamen WLANs ;-) zwei schöne Wochen in der Bretagne verbracht und kommen sicher wieder.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Es war liebevoll gepflegt, mit einem eingezäunten Garten und Blick aufs Meer auf einem liebevoll restaurierten bretonisches Vierkanthof. Aber das Beste war Mr. Croq. So ein liebevoller, herzlicher und freundlicher Mensch, der immer einen passenden Tipp parat hatte, auch wenn die Verständigung oft etwas schwierig war, da wir kein französisch können. Aber mit seiner Karte der Gegend und mit Händen und Füßen ist es problemlos gegangen. Am ersten Abend hat er extra eine Bekannte bestellt, die Englisch sprach um uns zu fragen, ob etwas fehlen würde und ob wir zufrieden wären und ob er noch etwas für uns tun könne. Ein toller Urlaub, gerne, sehr gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Kerlaz

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden! In dem Haus findet man, alles was man braucht und über die Zeitung, die uns der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber François jeden Tag vor die Tür legte, waren wir stets bestens über die Aktualitäten in der Bretagne informiert. Der Garten ist groß und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Douarnenez. Zudem ist die Lage für Ausflüge in der Region perfekt.

Tolle Lage

Haben tolle 3 Wochen hier verbracht. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Monsieur Crocq sehr diskret, aber immer ansprechbar. Was fehlt, wird geliehen, wie z.B. eine Waage zum Backen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand. Nicht nur die Hunde haben es geliebt. Wandern, radfahren, alles wunderbar möglich. Quimper, Concarneau und Locronan sind wundervolle Ziele zum Besichtigen. Essengehen in allen Preislagen möglich. Wer gegen Mücken allergisch ist, sollte sich vorher schützen. Wir haben uns Moskitonetze vor Ort besorgt. Die beiden Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind für Männer über 1,90 m nur bedingt zu nutzen. Wir haben die Ruhe und das Rauschen des Meeres genossen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind unbeschreiblich. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Danke Monsieur Crocq für ihre Freundlickeit.

Wir hatteb einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier in der Bretagne und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Feruenhaus war klasse und trotz Sprachbarriere eune super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Ein sehr liebenswerter Mann und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es seinen Gästen an Nichts fehlt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben drei wunderbare Ferienwochen im Ferienhaus in Kerleol verbracht. Der Vermieter - Herr Crocq - hat uns sehr freudlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Während unseres Urlaubs war er bei Fragen immer anspechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche gegeben. Außerdem lag morgens immer die Tageszeitung bei uns vor der Tür, die wir gern gelesen haben. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll. Vom Garten aus hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Bucht. Der nächste Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In den näheren Umgebung gibt es unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen (GR 34). Von Kerleol aus sind sowohl Ziele auf den Cap Sizun als auch auf der Halbinsel Crozon sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist die Lage des Ferienhauses sehr ruhig, so dass wir im Garten ungestört lesen und faulenzen konnten. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen. Wir hätten gern noch mehr Zeit dort verbracht.

Nous avons été déçu car les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité Et question propreté n'en parlons pas - toiles d'araignée -mouches (nous avons dû installer des tubes tue mouches) Enfin il y a tellement à dire Il serait bien d'envoyer une société de nettoyage - le jardin pas entretenu -presence de moutons à proximité - aucune vue sur la mer à moins d'empiéter sur la location voisine - barbecue une belle blague inutilisable Bref pour en finir le propriétaire devrait mettre à jour les photos et montrer vraiment la réalité
