"Hotel is great. Close to Exhibition space by taxi (not buy foot) and airport. Hotel breakfast and dinner are more “eastern” as there is not enough eggs and there is no bacon at all. But there are American pancake!! Huge down for hotel is that they don’t clean the room everyday during your stay. They use “green agenda” as an excuse for not cleaning the rooms!! That is one very bad decision by the hotel management!"

"This is a great hotel. Very attentive and professional service throughout the property. Dining and breakfast rooms are elegant high ceiling spaces. Good food and wine offerings. Conveniently located 4 blocks from Heinrich-Heine- Allee U-Bahn station and right next to the Altstadt. We will stay here when we are in Dusseldorf"
