"Incredible views, such a lovely place and almost better than the description. Spyros was so helpful and did everything to make our stay as good as it could be. Great local town. The beaches are pebble and you’ll need a car to get around but highly recommend!"

"My family of 3 really enjoyed this stay. The room was clean with daily housekeeping. Antonio and his girls were so nice and very helpful! There is a delicious restaurant downstairs. The area itself was gorgeous with a lovely beach within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here !"

"The villa was absolutely perfect. It is rare to write a review with no negative points. Exensian Villas is one of those rarities.It has everything you need for a perfect retreat.The villa- Three floors, each with terrace/balcony, plus a terrace beside the pool. All with great seating options and stunning views of Turtle Island and the sea- Very clean, aircon is excellent. There are insect nets on all windows, and the shutters darken the rooms well. The beds have sturdy mattresses and there is a choice of pillows- The property is in a quiet location (with only the sound of cicadas )- Villa 401/411 has a large tree beside the pool, so it is in shade for part of the day. For us, it was an advantage to sometimes swim without being directly in the sun Location- Very quiet location with absolutely stunning views- Fantastic taverna (with sea views) only a 5-minute walk away. There is also a coffee shop next door- To get to Marathias Beach, take the path beside the coffee shop. About a five-minute walk down (slightly steep in places). Beautiful beach. It was never crowded on any day (July)Service- Absolutely fantastic- Best service of any villa in which we have stayed. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Spiros was onsite every day and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect- Spiros and Xenofon were easy to contact and reacted quickly to any requestWe would highly recommend and we will definitely stay at Exensian Villas again."

"Clean and spacious. Shower is great compared to other traditional bathrooms elsewhere in Greece. Beautiful view and property. Easy parking and nice location. Beds could be comfier but for a few days it’s alright. Overall very nice stay. Would stay again. "
