"Beautiful resort hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, excellent food and amenities. Ping pong, darts, exercise classes, spa, 8 clean pools, just walk steps to the beach. Amazing customer service! The staff speaks many languages, Greek, English and German. True Cretan food with amazing chefs! Again, best resort that takes care of everything for you! From excursions with lunch to romantic dinners on the beach. They truly have not forgot any detail! A great place to getaway and truly feel like you are on a vacation where everything is taken care of for you! "

"Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better. We had a problem with our room and the electricity going out, each room in the 010-019 stretch seem to be on individual breakers. Our new room was great with no issues. The contents of our fridge from the first room were not carried over, including a bottle of Prosecco from outside the resort. The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort."

"I recently stayed at Grecotel LUXME White Palace, and it’s safe to say the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the number of pools (22!) means you never feel crowded. We especially loved the adults-only pool for a bit of quiet relaxation. I highly recommend the Asian fusion spot and grabbing a crepe at the Gelateria. The cocktails? Top-notch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a sea view that made mornings magical. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family!
