Our teenagers really enjoyed having the separate space to hang out and play pool, ping pong, and more. The large TVs in three of the bedrooms plus the living room and basement give everyone a place to gather or unwind from a long day.Marta is a great host. "It was an absolute delight. It is a beautiful home. Wonderful for Navy bootcamp famlies at graduation, 3 minutes from base!"

"This Elm Island home was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 toddlers. The living area was roomy with enough seating to accommodate our group. Kitchen had lots of counter space, and backyard was fenced to corral the dog. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "
