Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience. "the family room (3 adults was so tiny that given one chair to sit on would have hardly left room for the luggage! The bedding was off and the mattress was very comfortable for a bunk bed. The toilets sinks and shower areas were clean but afforded little or no privacy. "

"Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."

"Pleasantly surprised by quality of accommodation - think it better than the star indicator suggests. The exterior of building looks tired and lift doesn’t work, which probably accounts for this. Other than that, the rooms were very up-to-date and clean. Few snags here and there, but great value. Staff were attentive and service-orientated."
