Welcome to Brick & Bloom, a charming vintage Kennewick cottage designed for families, couples, small groups, and longer Tri-Cities stays. The home sleeps up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, including a king bed, queen bed, and single bed, with 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting living room with comfortable seating, a standout vintage brick fireplace, bright windows, and plenty of space to relax together. The adjoining dining area offers bench seating and a welcoming setup for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a dishwasher, cookware, utensils, everyday essentials, generous counter space, and everything needed for breakfast, dinner, or a longer stay. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and a single bed, while Bedroom 2 features a king bed and access to a cozy hammock reading nook tucked into a walk-in closet. Guests can also enjoy a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi, a bright sunroom, a covered porch, and in-home washer and dryer. Free on-site parking is available, and pets are welcome with a $15 per pet, per day fee. Guests have private access to the main cottage, including both bedrooms, living and dining spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, sunroom, porch, workspace, hammock nook, laundry area, and parking. Please note that there is a separate short-term rental toward the back of the property. Guests staying there may use the rear parking area and come and go during their stay, with a fence separating the two spaces. The home is also located near a busier road, so some traffic noise may be noticeable at times; sound machines are provided in the bedrooms for added comfort. Brick & Bloom is centrally located with convenient access to downtown Kennewick, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, trails, Columbia Park, and recreation along the Columbia River.
