"Very impressive hotel for its architecture style and size. The location is very convenient if you want to visit the Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, the Centennial Olympic Park and the SkyView Atlanta Observation wheel and the hotel has a direct access to the public transportation train called Marta through a bridge where you can cross and it also connects to plenty of restaurants in the same place next to the station. Rooms are outdated and don’t combine with the futuristic architectural style, need to be renovated."

"I visited the Moxy downtown Atlanta hotel this past weekend for a short trip. Upon arrival, the energy and vibe of this place was. UNMATCHED! It was very lively in the lobby and I loved it. The check-in process was very easy. Elle assisted us with check-in and although she was new, we would have never known. She was very professional, energetic, and lovely serving us. We had a last-minute request, and there was no hesitation meeting it. The hotel was very clean and up-to-date. The rooms were modern and tasteful. I love the free drink tokens that were provided at check-in. It was a nice incentive from the hotel, it made me feel welcome and at home. The bar staff were excellent! We had the pleasure of.Johnni and Sonia assisting us.Johnnie was so sweet and she was also a new employee and I had no idea as well. Sonia, the bar manager stepped in and she runs a good ship! The customer service at this place is like no other and I can't wait to visit again. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel welcomed this weekend. This trip was to relieve stress and they made it possible!"

"The elevators need Maintance, getting stocked there and having to call my sister from my cellphone so she could call the front desk because the alarm button called but went to voicemail was definitely not a great experience. Fee rescue came in 25 min at least we didn’t have to wait too long."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Phoenix Hotel in Atlanta! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. One of the sweetest things was how kind they were to our daughter, Rae. At check-in, the staff surprised her with little gifts, and it absolutely made her day! It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll remember from our trip. ❤️ Everyone we encountered was so helpful and accommodating, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making their guests feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in such a convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Atlanta. We would definitely stay at the Phoenix Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our family’s stay so special!"
