Great location overlooking Kennebunkport Harbor with a dock to be used by condo owners/renters.

This first floor condo has spectacular views of the Kennebunkport Harbor. You can sit out and watch the sail boats sail by and enjoy your vacation. The condo is within walking distance to Dock Square and all the shops, restaurants and art galleries. It is less than a mile to Kennebunk sandy beaches.
Primary bedroom has a Queen size bed with its own full bath and the second bedroom has two singles. There is also a second bathroom with shower.
Private deck overlooking the harbor with Dock and gas grill available to guests.

Great place to enjoy all the Kennebunks have to offer.

I stayed here with my husband, baby and parents for the weekend and absolutely loved it! We loved the views, being able to walk everywhere and the setup of the condo was perfect for 2 couples. Can’t wait to come back!

A great place to relax

Very comfortable, great spot to enjoy that morning coffee. Easy walk to town and a good selection of restaurants. The beach/coast is a mile down the road; not a bad walk or short drive with paid parking (free in the off-season). There are courses near by for the golfers and even a trolley museum for the family (or avid train buff).

Unbeatable location

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is quite but tucked with-in walking distance of dock square. Well equipped & very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy & walkable location. Great stay for our family!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo. The view was amazing and location perfect. It is only a short walk from downtown and to the beach. The unit was clean and sunny and had everything we needed. We would definitely love to rent again.

A home away from home.

Cozy, comfortable, clean retreat. A very short walk to town. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly people . The views of the town and water inlet were specacular noth day and night.

Wonderful cozy quaint place with option of deck use in warm weather. Excellent communication with host. Short easy walk to dock square. Host allowed early check in by one hour which was great Highly recommend!

Perfect location and set up for my family

We had an amazing trip to Maine. I haven't been back to Kennebunkport in almost 35 years and it was everything I remembered as a kid. And this condo location was PERFECT. Steps away from everything...shops, restaurants, etc... Just a great little get away for my family. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great condo!

We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was perfect! Check in was easy. We were very comfortable as a party of 2. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of Toiletries, soaps and cleaning supplies provided. The view is spectacular of Kennebunkport. This rental is a short easy walk into Dock Square. We would definitely stay here again if we come back into town.
