"• The Location is very good. Everything is walking distance (train, supermarket, restaurants)

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend.
The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay.
The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. They did serve Moroccan tea and there were a couple of cold...

"Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else."

"Very traditional hotel. Hotel probably does need a bit of TLC but for the price I can't fault it at all. The staff are lovely and the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully I'll return very soon"
