"We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at the kingfisher Shepherds hut. If your looking to stay please bare in mind that the hut is very small, there is very limited kitchen supplies, ie no oven, microwave or decent sized freezer. Unfortunately lots of flys got into our hut which we had to sleep with as we had no repellent and no nets were provided. It is a bit of a faff having to heat your own hot tub and sauna, building the fire and keeping it alight for atleast 2hrs is hard work...

"Great modern place to stay, super clean. Nice area, bedrooms great size and comfortable."

"This break was superb. We were additionally blessed with the best Autumn weather I can recall. The accommodation is set in a wonderful garden, which is currently a celebration of seasonal colours ,and we were greeted by a very hospitable owner, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. A relaxed stay with ease of access to Hereford ,and we were spared any rains and fords."

"Très bon accueil. logement très propre, très agréable . très calme Environnement très plaisant"

"The cottage is ideally placed for a short break in Ledbury - close to all the shops, restaurants and historic buildings. The only (very slight) downside is the restricted parking on the Homend - but there are a number of both short and long stay car parks within an easy walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay there and would recommend it highly."

"Oh we had such a lovely week, very relaxing, comfortable, warm, with a fabulous host Nicky.Super huge bed, fabulous wet room were a dream. Thanks for a super stay. X"

"Exceptionally clean property, beautiful views, very quiet location, lovely cake on arrival from the host. Small but perfectly formed and although the furniture is a little dated, it has everything you could possibly need. Real fire with plenty of wood. Well equipped kitchen and fairly new bathroom."

"A welcoming, rural retreat! Horsecroft is a real home from home where the hosts go above and beyond to provide every comfort. Spacious, comfortable accommodation with stunning views, only a few minutes away from glorious Hay on Wye.Really loved staying here. Thank you Nicky and Tim."
