"When we arrived the property seemed older than we thought from pictures and the inside is dated. However, the inside is very personalized by the owner and is very unique and was quite comfortable. If you think about visiting a remote cabin in Alaska, this is it. If you want a modern home with newer amenities this is not the place. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. I do wish they had a better freezer situation for fish but with 7 of us fishing it still worked out...

"very nice cabin. rented motor boat that broke down in middle of lake, owner offered no help in getting us back to shore. overall everything turned out ok but it could have been a very bad experience. had to row over a mile to get to broken down motor boat, then we had to fix it ourselves "

"We really enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay again in the future. The host, Rebecca, was wonderful and gracious; made us feel right at home. The breakfasts she prepared were delicious. She gave us great information and helped us plan our touring. The property is in a rural area. There are 4 bedrooms in the house with a shared bathroom. We were the only ones staying at the time. She has a lot of projects in process so there are minor parts of the house that are under construction but that...

"This hotel had shut down and we got no notice. Only found out they were closed after driving 2.5 hours and not being able to reach the lodge by phone."

"We were two senior citizen couples enjoying a few days in Kenai. The property was just as pictured in the listing, very comfortable and convenient to shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed cooking some salmon on the grill and the well- stocked kitchen made cooking the rest of the meal easy"

"We absolutely loved the little Cabin in Kenai. It had plenty of room for the 2 of us and we loved the cozy feel and the view is incredible. We would have loved a small loveseat in the living room but we enjoyed our time and would love to visit again!!"
