The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed and informed about everything the hotel had to offer. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud! I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, plush towels, and the amazing view from my window. The amenities were top-notch: the pool area was clean and relaxing, the on-site restaurant served delicious food with great variety, and the breakfast buffet was generous and fresh each morning. I also loved the convenient location — close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. "Before we even set out Rosie made sure to send us exceptionally accurate directions and a warning that the road was a bit rough which didn't phase us in the slightest. We were greeted at the entrance by Mr Blake and was able to easily park our van. Honestly he gave us a complimentary beer and we all sat talking for hours. He gave us directions to a lovely local restaurant and later on we slept really well. We had a complimentary coffe in the morning before heading out. Definitely will be staying again next time we're in Portland. "
