The home is designed by leading designer with black and white theme modern look. The home is large single floor with 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The Master bedroom , 2 Living Areas ,Kitchen and Nook are facing the pool.

Three House Rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
There are 5 Video cameras and 1 Ring video door bell that will be Constantly recording on the exterior of the property. 4 camera’s monitor all 4 sides of the main property from each corner. Ring door bell monitors the front door. 5th camera is on exterior side of the barn to monitor the backside of the property. Also there is minut noise threshold monitoring device in the backyard patio.
